What the shareable link is
The shareable link is a company-branded version of a property profile. Generate a link, send it to a client or colleague, and they see the hotel content presented as yours.
Your branding on hotel content
Every property profile can be shared as a branded view: your logo and brand styling wrapped around the hotel's imagery, description, and facilities. It's the same rich content you've curated and customised, presented as an extension of your own brand rather than a raw hotel website.
Your branding is pulled from your Company settings, so it's applied automatically to every shareable link (see the separate article on Company settings for how to set this up).
That's the point of Connect: your clients stay inside your branded experience, so quotes look polished and consistent, and there are no links leading them off to book direct.
What your client sees
When someone opens your shareable link, they see a clean, professional profile of the property:
Your logo and branding.
The hotel's imagery, in the order you set.
The summary and property details, in the version you selected (your Customised version if you've edited it).
The facilities and amenities you've chosen to show.
No login is required. Recipients simply open the link and view the profile, whether they're a client reviewing a proposal or a colleague you're sharing content with.
